The  files with  ".sig"  extension  are  GNU  Privacy  Guard  signatures
(http://www.gnupg.org/) associated  to the file  with the same  name and
".sig" stripped off.

The public  key to use  to verify the  archive can be downloaded  at the
GNA!  site, from the page of the author:

it is the one named "tungsteno".
